“By capitalizing on our endless oceans and forging close relationships with local Anguillan purveyors, I am able to combine the freshest local goods with imported French and American delicacies. I have created a unique cuisine that includes the flavors of France, Anguilla and the Caribbean— we call it ‘island soul food.”
