Chef Dominique Thevenet leads the culinary experience at Quintessence Hotel. Born in Lyon, France, into a family of bakers, chefs, and grocers, Chef Dominique brings four decades of international culinary experience to Anguilla. His cooking combines classic French techniques with fresh Caribbean ingredients and island flavors.
